The Target Level is the level that a given product will automatically be upgraded to once it is built in your Workshop. The Target Level will not reset when starting over in a new town.
The number of Start Merchants is the number of Merchants which are automatically assigned to the product once it is built in the Workshop. Start Merchants will not reset when starting over in a new town.
One Merchant can only sell a certain number of products, which can be increased by unlocking certain Achievements. You can see your current Merchant Capacity in the Multipliers Menu.
If a product is required to produce a different product a reserve will automatically be added to the Storage. Only if the necessary amount is reached in the Storage, the Surplus is auto-sold by your Merchant. The amount in the Storage may vary a bit depending on the Capacity of your Merchants, how many units are consumed, and the timing of your cycles.
To make sure the Auto-Build function is working as intended go to the Research Tab and check the "Activate" Box under the Auto-Build status bar.
If a product is not showing in your "Active Products" list just click the dropdown menu at the top, choose "Product Selection" and make sure that the checkmark next to "Research Product" is set. Also, make sure the product icon is not hidden behind another icon in your Workshop.
The colors are an approximate indication of their respective position in the production line. The colors of the product icons are also related to the upgrade cost factor. The more advanced the product, the higher the upgrade cost factor.
Boosters are a way to increase the income of your Workshop, either by higher Merchant income, by increasing the click-output etc. You can buy a booster from the store and then use it when it is most convenient to you. Make sure you activate the booster by tapping the "Use in Workshop" button. The 24 hour merchant, ore-output and income multipliers (2x/4x/6x/10x/12x/30x) are different from the merchant, offline, click-output and research boosters. The multiplier bonus is a bonus that is applied immediately for 24 hours. You can check whether your bonuses got applied correctly in the multipliers menu to the left.
Your progress in Crafting Idle Clicker is saved in two ways. The app automatically saves your progress locally on your device every few minutes or whenever you suspend the app (idling in the background). Your progress is also saved on our cloud-servers whenever a synchronization is necessary, e.g. when you start over in a new town or when you are using a premium item such as a booster.
You can easily play your Crafting Idle Clicker progress on another device if you are logged in with the same Google Play Games/Game Center/Steam account. Simply log in with your account and continue the game where you left it.
If you want to play the same progress on multiple platforms or devices you have to create a BlingHub account with a Facebook or Email sign in. You can then choose any existing savegame on all your devices. Note: If the app is running on multiple devices at the same time, it can compromise your savegame.
To invite your friends just tap the button "invite your friends" and share the link via a communication service of your choice. Alternatively you can copy the link and manually share it with your friends anywhere you like. To accept a friend's invitation, simply open the link by tapping it or pasting it into your browser on the device you want to use. If the app does not open, make sure the Crafting Idle Clicker app is running in the background first. NOTE: Friend-Links only work when used on the same platform. E.g. a friend-link from Android will not work on Steam and vice-versa.
Open the BlingHub menu (orange button with gem icon) from within the game and select the Saves tab. Scroll down to the the bottom an tap the button "Delete BlingHub account". The account deletion takes up to 2 weeks. Warning: When deleting this account, you will not be able to restore any savegame from any game by Bling Bling Games!
If a purchase does not appear in your game, the easiest way to restore it is by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings Menu. Alternatively you can force-quit the app then restart it and then try again. If there still seems to be a problem or if you need a refund, please contact our support team here.
In some cases it is possible that our ad-network has troubles finding a video-ad to show to you. If you want to watch more ads make sure you have a stable internet connection first. Quitting and Restarting the app will probably solve the problem by resetting your viewing-history thus checking all the ads again for suitability to your advertisement ID. As a last resort, we would recommend to reset your Advertisement ID.
To reset your Google Advertisement ID, go to your phone's settings --> Google --> Ads and tap on "Reset Advertising ID".
To reset your Apple Advertisement ID, go to your phone's settings --> Privacy --> Advertising and tap on "Reset Advertising ID".

To redeem your Android coupon code go to the Google Play Store, open the menu then tap on "Redeem", enter the code and tap the "Redeem" button.

If you're having issues receiving your free gems from completing reward-offers (offer-wall) try contacting our advertisement partner by navigating to the "in progress" tab, tapping on the offer in question and clicking on the "Missing coins?" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Synchronization errors occur if there is a time difference between the local savegame on your device and the cloud save-game. If you keep receiving this error message, make sure to manually save your game, especially if you intend to play on multiple devices.
If you receive an error message we recommend to make sure that you have a stable internet connection. Once a stable internet connection is established please wait 15 seconds and then force-quit/restart the app.

Try to disconnect your device from the internet and reconnect it again. If the problem persists we recommend force-quitting and restarting the app.
To force-quit the app on Android, go to the "recent apps" menu (by tapping the square or the overview button) and swipe the app off the screen (either to the side or up, depending on your device).
To force-quit the app on iOS, double tap the home button (on iPhone X or an iPad with iOS 12 swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen), swipe left or right to find the app then swipe up on the app's preview.
If you are using a public WiFi connection, try to disconnect and use your mobile internet in case the public router restricts the connection with our servers.
